Family, friends, language, work: the Rajoubs and el-Mohammads left behind an entire way of life when they fled war-torn Syria. After a stay in Lebanon, these two families settled in Naucelle, in the Aveyron department. In September 2017, Anne Ilcinkas began to follow them in this small French town, where they were continuing the adaptation process to this new reality. She would like to continue following the integration of these two families one year later.
