Next production funded by the Migration Media Award

Louise Hunt will produce a video with the photographer Jason Florio on the topic of diaspora that documents a dialogue between Gambian migrants in Italy and returnee migrants in Gambia, which will be published by IRIN. This documentary project would follow on from our last MMA-supported multimedia report for IRIN, which explored the challenges for irregular migrants from Gambia in Italy since the change in government in 2017.
